Since our founding in 1997, one of US Rice Producers Association’s top priorities has been representing rice producers in legislative and governmental affairs in Washington, D.C. With the assistance of our lobbying team on the ground in Washington, USRPA is constantly monitoring federal issues, and leads lobbying trips to both D.C. and state capitols on an annual basis. Issues on our radar include:
