Mollie Buckler

Chief Operating Officer

Mollie Buckler is the Chief Operating Officer for US Rice Producers Association, overseeing USRPA’s communications strategy and supporting both domestic and international programs. Residing in southeast Missouri, she also serves as USRPA’s liaison for delta area producers and works extensively with the Missouri Rice Council. A native of the Missouri Bootheel, Mollie’s agricultural roots run deep on both sides of her family including rice production. Mollie is a two-time graduate of the University of Missouri, earning a bachelor’s degree in Classical Studies in 2010 and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration in 2012. She has extensive experience in event planning, legislative advocacy, board planning and succession, and relationship building with a wide variety of constituents.
