| USRPA board member Dennis DeLaughter has once again been selected by the USDA to serve on the Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee for Trade in Grains. Secretary of Agriculture Thomas Vilsack and U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai made the announcement yesterday. Mr. DeLaughter has served on the USDA’s advisory committee during the Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations, giving rice farmers an important seat with experience at the table.
